We know it can feel risky to pay a new shop. So we keep things clear: we confirm with you first, we send a receipt for every payment, and we refund you if we cannot deliver.
2What is available today

3Coming soon: pay in advance online
We are adding online payment: bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa, and cards later. None of these is live yet. We will announce each one here and on WhatsApp when it starts.
4How advance payment will work
- You order, and we confirm the items, address and total with you on WhatsApp.
- We share our payment details in our own WhatsApp chat with you. We never ask you to pay anyone else.
- You pay and send us the screenshot or reference number.
- We reply with a payment receipt on WhatsApp: your order number, the items and the amount received.
- We pack your order and ship it. You get the tracking number on WhatsApp.
- If you have not paid, we hold your order for [DECIDE: how long we hold an order waiting for advance payment, suggested 24 hours].
5Advance or full payment

8Cash on delivery
The amount to pay is the items plus delivery, shown on your order page. Please keep it ready. If you can, open the parcel with the rider present and check the item before you pay.

9Delivery cost

4Advance payment kaise kaam karegi
- Aap order karte hain, aur hum WhatsApp par items, pata aur total confirm karte hain.
- Hum apni payment details aap ke saath apni WhatsApp chat mein dete hain. Hum kabhi kisi aur ko payment karne ko nahi kehte.
- Aap payment karke screenshot ya reference number bhejte hain.
