How do I order?
Choose a piece, add it to your cart, enter your name, mobile number and address, and place the order. We confirm it with you on WhatsApp before it ships.
Can I pay online?
Not at the moment. We take cash on delivery only, and we do not ask for money in advance.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery is free on orders of Rs 10,000 and above, and Rs 250 on smaller orders. Major cities usually take 2 to 4 working days and other areas 4 to 6 working days after we confirm your order.
What is the packing video?
Before your parcel ships, we film your order being checked and packed and send you the video on WhatsApp, so you see exactly what goes in the box. When it arrives, we ask you to film yourself opening it too. Together the two videos make any damage or missing-item claim quick and fair.
How do I know a piece will fit my space?
Every product page lists the size in inches. Measure your space and compare it. Our size guide shows how. If a size is missing, ask us on WhatsApp before you order.
Do you confirm my order before sending it?
Yes. We message or call you within 24 hours to confirm your address. Orders we cannot confirm are not shipped.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, before it ships. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
How do I track my order?
Open Track my order and enter your order number and mobile number. We also send the courier tracking number on WhatsApp once it ships.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Film yourself opening the parcel (one video, no cuts) and send it to us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with your order number. We exchange it or refund you. Our returns page explains the steps.
Is stock limited?
Yes. We keep small quantities, so a piece can sell out. Sold out pieces are marked on the product page.

Kya online payment ho sakti hai?
Abhi nahi. Hum sirf cash on delivery lete hain, aur pehle se paise nahi maangte.
Delivery ki qeemat aur kitne din lagte hain?
Rs 10,000 ya us se upar ke order par delivery free hai, aur chhote order par Rs 250. Bare shehron mein aam taur par 2 se 4 working din aur doosre ilaqon mein 4 se 6 working din lagte hain, order confirm hone ke baad.
Packing ki video kya hai?
Parcel bhejne se pehle hum aap ka order check aur pack karte hue video banate hain aur WhatsApp par bhejte hain, taake aap dekh lein ke dabbe mein kya ja raha hai. Parcel milne par hum aap se bhi kholte hue video banane ko kehte hain. Dono videos mil kar toot phoot ya kam item ke claim ko tez aur munsifana bana deti hain.
Kaise pata chale ke piece meri jagah mein aayega?
Har product page par size inches mein likha hai. Apni jagah napein aur milayein. Size guide mein tareeqa diya hai. Agar size nahi likha to order se pehle WhatsApp par poochein.
Kya bhejne se pehle order confirm karte hain?
Ji haan. Hum 24 ghanton ke andar message ya call karke pata confirm karte hain. Jo order confirm na ho sake woh nahi bheja jata.
Kya order cancel ya change ho sakta hai?
Ji haan, bhejne se pehle. WhatsApp par apna order number bhejein.
Order track kaise karun?
Order track karein kholein aur apna order number aur mobile number dalein. Bhejne ke baad hum courier ka tracking number bhi WhatsApp par dete hain.
Agar item toota hua aaye?
Parcel kholte hue ek hi video banayein (bina kaate) aur delivery ke 24 ghanton ke andar order number ke saath WhatsApp par bhejein. Hum tabdeel kar denge ya refund denge. Aage ke qadam Wapsi aur tabdeeli page par likhe hain.
Kya stock kam hota hai?
Ji haan. Hum thodi miqdaar rakhte hain, is liye koi piece khatam ho sakta hai. Khatam hone par product page par nishan lag jata hai.
