We send orders by courier. Here is what to expect.
2Where and how long

3Courier

4Cost
- Free delivery on orders of Rs 10,000 and above.

5Before we ship
After you order, we message or call you on WhatsApp within [DECIDE: how fast we confirm an order, suggested 24 hours] to confirm your items, address and how you will pay. Orders we cannot confirm are not shipped. Every item is checked before it is packed.
6Our packing video
Before your parcel leaves us, we film your order being checked and packed and send you the video on WhatsApp. You see exactly what goes in the box, and we hand it to the courier only after that.
7When your parcel arrives
Please film yourself opening the parcel, in one video without cuts: first the sealed parcel and its label, then opening it and checking each item. If you can, open it with the rider present. If something is damaged, wrong or missing, keep the video, take photos and message us straight away. If you chose cash on delivery, please keep the amount ready.
8Late or lost parcel
If your parcel is late, message us with your order number and we will follow up with the courier. If it is lost on the way, we send a replacement or refund you in full within [DECIDE: refund time, suggested 5 working days after we receive the item or cancel the order].

Bare shehron mein aam taur par [DECIDE: delivery days for major cities, suggested 2 to 4 working days] aur doosre ilaqon mein [DECIDE: delivery days for other areas, suggested 4 to 6 working days] lagte hain, order confirm hone ke din se. Agar aap ke ilaqe mein zyada waqt lage to hum bata dete hain.

5Bhejne se pehle
Order ke baad hum [DECIDE: how fast we confirm an order, suggested 24 hours] mein WhatsApp par message ya call karke aap ke items, pata aur payment ka tareeqa confirm karte hain. Jo order confirm na ho sake woh nahi bheja jata. Har item pack karne se pehle check hota hai.
6Hamari packing ki video
Parcel hamare paas se jane se pehle hum aap ka order check aur pack karte hue video banate hain aur WhatsApp par aap ko bhejte hain. Aap dekh lete hain ke dabbe mein kya ja raha hai, aur uske baad hi hum courier ko dete hain.
7Parcel milne par
Barae meherbani parcel kholte hue apni video banayein, ek hi video mein bina kaate: pehle band parcel aur uska label, phir kholna aur har item check karna. Mumkin ho to rider ke saamne kholein. Agar kuch toota hua, ghalat ya kam ho to video sambhaal kar rakhein, photos lein aur foran humein message karein. Agar aap ne cash on delivery chuna hai to raqam tayyar rakhein.
8Der se ya gum hone wala parcel
Agar parcel late ho to apne order number ke saath humein message karein, hum courier se pata karte hain. Agar raste mein gum ho jaye to hum naya bhejte hain ya [DECIDE: refund time, suggested 5 working days after we receive the item or cancel the order] mein poora refund dete hain.
